After DNV Software acquired Synergi Solutions in May, our forces are being joined and our expertise combined to give our customers an unmatched value proposition with integrated products, services and systems.

DNV Software’s global network will bring the already internationally successful Synergi software products to even wider markets. We expect the DNV Software risk management portfolio as a whole to see strong growth.

We have the leading methodology and technology and the most advanced tools in the software that we offer. These tools will become even more sophisticated when the software and systems of DNV Software and Synergi Solutions are aligned and integrated.

ACCELERATION, EXPANSION
In addition to the acquisition, we are in the process of implementing a new strategy focusing on joint solutions across service lines in DNV and DNV software. This enhancement of the combination of software and advisory services will definitely lead to higher quality and value for our customers.

We are in a period of growth, and in that connection we have decided to make some changes in the structure of our product lines, defining ourselves more clearly in the market. The product lines will now be Strength at Sea, Risk & Reliability and Safety & Integrity.
