Are oil and gas operators in the UK fully exploiting the benefits of Enterprise Risk Management?

Based on the last year’s financial turbulence, DNV wanted to understand how Enterprise Risk Management is adopted and applied on the UK continental shelf. Therefore, DNV surveyed senior executives from many of the top 20 operators. Learning’s are now compiled in a new report.

This report captures the consolidated findings, identifying both similarities and differences while suggesting areas of common weakness perhaps needing an industry-wide solution.
